STEP 1: BOOK YOUR ROUND TRIP INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TO MANILA
You will need to book an international round trip flight to Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) arriving on Thursday, November 21st at the latest if you would like to take part in the All White Welcome Dinner Party on Thursday night. The All White Welcome Dinner Party will begin around 5pm .
We recommend booking with Eva Air, Korean Air, or Cathay Pacific for airlines.
STEP 2: BOOK YOUR HOTEL (ILOILO CITY HOTEL)
Richmonde Hotel Iloilo
Single Occupancy = 4,300 PHP/night ≈ $78/night
Double Occupancy = 4,800 PHP/night ≈ $87/night
All rooms must be booked by September 1, 2024 to receive the discount.

Max occupancy is considered 2 adults and 2 kids per room with kids being age 12 and below.
Each room reservation includes 2 daily breakfast buffet meals. Additional breakfast with rollaway twin bed for persons 13 years and above is 1,500 PHP ≈ $27/night. Additional breakfast sharing existing bed setup for persons 13 years old and above is 1,000 PHP ≈ $18/night.
Additional breakfast for kids age 6-12 years old and sharing existing bed setup is 412.50 PHP ≈ $8/night. Breakfast for kid age 5 and below is complimentary.
We recommend you purchase additional breakfast when you arrive. The rates are non refundable and are inclusive of government taxes and breakfast.
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR HOTEL & ROUND-TRIP AIRPORT TRANSFER (BORCAY HOTEL)
Henann Regency Resort & Spa
We were unable to secure a wedding block for the desired dates. However, the room rates currently start at 5,449 PHP/night ≈ $99/night for double occupancy.
Max occupancy for the Superior Room, Deluxe Room, or Premier Room is 3 persons per room. A fourth person is only allowed if the child is 9 years old or younger.
Each room reservation includes 2 daily breakfast buffet meals. Extra adult charge for persons 10 years old and above is 1,456 PHP/night ≈ $26.50/night and includes a roll away bed and breakfast. Extra kid charge for kids age 5-9 years old is 728 PHP/night ≈ $13/night which includes breakfast. Breakfast for kid age 4 and below is complimentary and should not be counted when making the room reservation.
We recommend booking all rooms for 2 people and settling additional person charges at check in.
Lastly, you will need to add on the "ROUND TRIP AIRPORT TRANSFER VIA CATICLAN" from the Transfers & Add Ons section. Adults (10 years and above) is 1,900 PHP ≈ $35, and kids (5 to 9 years old) are 1,350 PHP ≈ $25. Children 4 years old and under are free for transfers.
Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation which includes breakfast and is non refundable.Upon, checkin you will pay a Foreign National Fee of 150 PHP/person ≈ $3/person.
We were informed that the pool bar will be closed during our stay, however there are two other pools that we will get to enjoy.

Henann Regency Land Transfer Step
Transportation Procedure via Caticlan Airport:
We will be dropped off at the Henann Welcome Center, followed by a boat ride to Cagban Port. A waiting van will then transport you to the resort, with the journey totaling about 45 minutes to an hour. Transfers operate from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Flights outside these hours won't be served by the transfer service. The transfer isn't private and may include guests from other Henann properties.
For departures, the resort pick-up is scheduled 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time.

STEP 4: BOOK YOUR DOMESTIC FLIGHT (MANILA TO ILOILO CITY)
We recommend booking a separate one way domestic flight from Manila (MNL) to Iloilo City (ILO) with the links below. You need at least 2 - 3 hours to go through customs and transfer to the domestic terminal to fly into Iloilo City. Booking your domestic flights separate from your international flights is the cheaper option.
We recommend booking this flight around August time frame to allow for more flights to open.
The earliest flights from Manila to Iloilo City is 4am, and the latest flights from Manila to Iloilo City are around 9pm.
Upon arrival in Iloilo City, we will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Boracay to Manila
If you are attending the Post-Wedding trip, you should book a separate domestic flight from Boracay (MPH) to Manila (MNL) on your desired departure date. Then continue back to the United States via the round trip ticket purchased.
Iloilo City to Manila
If you are NOT attending the Post-Wedding trip, you should book a separate domestic flight from Iloilo City (ILO) to Manila (MNL) on your desired departure date. Then continue back to the United States via the round trip ticket purchased.
We recommend booking this flight around September time frame to allow for more flights to open.
(Please be aware that flights from Boracay & Iloilo City to Manila are usually delayed. Please plan accordingly to include at least a 3- 4 hour layover before your international flight.)
